Role Overview Provides elder-centered care in collaboration with nursing leadership and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring ethical, compassionate practice aligned with standards and Eden Philosophy. Responsible for operational management, quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory compliance at a long-term care facility. Serves on the hospital executive team to support operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited schoolAlaska RN license and BLS certificationMinimum of 3 years RN experience, including 1 year in long-term carePreferred: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, experience managing programs or staff, and expertise in quality improvement and infection control Key Duties Deliver compassionate, elder-centered careEnsure compliance with healthcare standards and regulationsLead quality improvement and infection control initiativesSupport operational management and team collaborationContribute to a culture of respect, diversity, and continuous improvement
