RN Manager - Full Time - Day Shift

About the Role

The Nurse Manager creates a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment by supervising nursing and ancillary staff, coordinating daily unit activities, and fostering a culture of open communication and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate staff, develop action plans, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Set goals for patient safety, quality care, and satisfaction, utilizing audits and data analysis.
• Conduct rounds, coordinate care plans, and resolve operational or patient issues.
• Manage staffing needs, schedules, and resource allocation, including overtime approval.
• Facilitate patient throughput, discharge processes, and maintain facility safety and readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care, leadership, and staff development preferred.
