RN Manager - Full Time - Day Shift

About the Role

Creates a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment by supervising nursing and ancillary staff, ensuring high-quality care, and fostering collaboration among healthcare teams. Leads daily unit operations, coordinates staff schedules, and promotes open communication to enhance patient, family, and staff satisfaction. Monitors care quality through audits and data analysis, and implements strategies for safety and regulatory compliance. Conducts rounds with physicians and staff, addresses patient care issues, and revises care plans as needed. Manages staffing requirements, schedules, and overtime to maintain optimal coverage, while facilitating patient throughput and preventing complications. Supports emergency preparedness and ensures departmental safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent; Master’s preferred
• Active RN licensure; BLS certification required
• At least five years of nursing experience; leadership and acute care experience preferred
