RN Manager - Full Time - Day Shift

Role Overview: The Nurse Manager oversees nursing and ancillary staff on a designated unit, ensuring a safe, patient-centered environment that promotes quality care and functional independence. Key Responsibilities Supervises and directs daily activities, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.Develops and implements strategies to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.Coordinates with physicians and staff through rounds and communication to optimize patient care plans.Manages staffing, schedules, and resource allocation to meet patient needs efficiently.Monitors care quality via audits and data analysis, addressing operational or patient care issues promptly.Promotes staff development through coaching, evaluations, and identifying educational needs.Ensures departmental safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required; Master’s preferred.Valid RN licensure in the practice state.Minimum of five years' nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred.Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to exercise independent judgment, lead teams, and foster a positive work environment.
