Responsibilities
- Leads and supervises nursing and ancillary staff
- Coordinates daily unit activities
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, safe patient care
- Ensures regulatory compliance

- Develops strategies to improve patient, family, and staff satisfaction
- Conducts rounds and manages staffing
- Facilitates throughput and monitors care outcomes through data analysis
- Develops action plans and evaluates staff performance
- Manages staffing schedules
- Participates in emergency preparedness
- Ensures a collaborative work environment aligned with organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing
- RN licensure
- BLS certification
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- Leadership experience (preferred)
- Acute care nursing background (preferred)
- National specialty or administrative certifications (advantageous)
- Strong leadership, communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
