RN Manager for Assisted Living

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring residents are well-cared for and staff are adequately supported.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident satisfaction and staff morale.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to address medical needs and coordinate care plans.
• Ensure the facility meets accreditation standards and participates in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
