About the role

Description RN Manager - Emergency Services at Providence Medford Medical Center is a 1.0 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Eligible external hires must meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Clinical Decision Unit and Trauma department.
• Participates as a member of the Leadership Council.
• Promotes collaboration with other hospital departments.
• Reflects the Providence Health System philosophy and mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 5 years of experience at the supervisory/nurse manager level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree.
• Emergency Nurse Certification.
• 5 years of experience in Emergency Services.
