Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time, fostering real connections and seeing progress firsthand.
• Develop specialized skills in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, with ongoing support from a dedicated team.
• Support children aged 1-21 years old with medical conditions such as trachs, vents, and g-tubes.
• Work in various shifts including full-time, part-time, nights, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in pediatric home health care is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Pay

Up to a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night positions, plus shift differentials of $2 per night and $2 per weekend.

Variety of shifts available, including full-time, part-time, nights, evenings, and weekends.
