Pediatric Nurse RN/LPN, Kansas City Missouri Region (Grandview, Holden, Lees Summit, Smithville)

About the role

Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to children ages 1‑21 with medical complexities such as tracheostomies, ventilators, and gastrostomy tubes, helping them live safely and comfortably at home. Position located in the Kansas City Missouri Region (Grandview, Holden, Lee’s Summit, Smithville). Opportunities are available Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN with shifts covering Days, Nights, Evenings, and Weekends. A sign‑on bonus of up to $4,000 is offered for Full‑Time Night shifts, with night shift differentials of $2 per hour and weekend differentials of $2 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, one‑on‑one nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes.
• Ensure safe and comfortable home environments for children with trachs, vents, and g‑tubes.

Qualifications

• Pediatric nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and a compassionate attitude are essential.
• No prior experience with ventilator, trach, or g‑tube care is necessary; comprehensive training is provided.

Skills

• Ventilator, tracheostomy, and gastrostomy tube care (training supplied).
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts (days, nights, evenings, weekends).

Pay
