Join Pediatric Home Service (PHS) to provide 1:1 pediatric home health care that helps children with medical complexities live safely and comfortably at home. Whether you're an experienced nurse or looking to grow your skills in pediatric nursing, PHS offers the training, flexibility, and support you need to build a fulfilling career in healthcare. The company has been serving pediatric patients since 1990, offering one‑on‑one care for kids ages 1‑21 with trachs, vents, and g‑tubes, and provides specialized hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care with 24/7 team support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to help children with medical complexities live safely and comfortably at home.
• Support children to live their best lives at home, school, and within the community.

Pay

• Sign‑on bonus up to $4,000 for full‑time night shifts.
• Night shift differential of $2 per hour.
• Weekend shift differential of $2 per hour.

Schedule

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities available.
• Shifts include days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Location: Kansas City Missouri Region (Grandview, Holden, Lees Summit, Liberty, Smithville).
