About the role

Location: Kansas City, Missouri region — Blue Springs (64015), Grandview (64030), Holden (64040), Lee’s Summit (64081, 64082, 64086), Liberty (64068), Smithville (64089)

• Schedule: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and PRN opportunities
• Shifts: Days, Nights, Evenings, and Weekends
• Patient population: Children and young adults with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G‑tubes

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor patient condition; communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G‑tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

• No pediatric home‑care experience required — hands‑on education, patient‑specific training, simulation‑based learning (where available), and 24/7 clinical support provided

Pay

• Night shift differential (7 nights/week, 7 p.m.–7 a.m.): +$2.00/hour
• Saturday/Sunday shift differential (Saturday 12 a.m.–Monday 12 a.m.): +$2.00/hour
