At Pediatric Home Service, our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home.

Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time
• Develop real connections with patients and families
• See progress firsthand in patient care
• Become part of a team that supports children with complex medical needs
• Provide care for kids ages 1-21 years old with trachs, vents, and g-tubes

Requirements

• Current RN license or LPN license in Missouri
• Experience in pediatric home health care is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and weekdays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Knowledge of ventilator, trach, and g-tube care

Pay

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and education
