Hospice RN/LPN | Part-time, Weekends, 8am - 8pm

About the Role

Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN or LPN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Response Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns
• Provide end-of-life visits
• Provide after-hours support and care

Schedule

Part-time | every other Saturday & Sunday | 8:00am - 8:00pm (work Saturdays and Sundays, every other weekend)

Territory

Kent and Ottawa Counties and the outskirts of surrounding counties. Covers a 55-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensure in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
• Hospice or hospital experience preferred
• Passion for hospice nursing
• Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation for home visits
