Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Part-Time Weekends

About the role

Make a lasting impact in neurorehabilitation with ReMed, a trusted leader in specialized neurological rehabilitation for adults recovering from traumatic and acquired brain injuries, stroke, post-concussion syndrome, and neurobehavioral conditions. We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate clinical team in West Chester, PA.

Schedule

Saturdays and/or Sundays | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care tailored to adults recovering from brain injuries.
• Proactively identify client health changes or medical needs and provide prompt, effective interventions.
• Train clients and their families on health, wellness, and self-care strategies to prepare them for ongoing recovery and discharge.
• Partner with therapists, families, physicians, and direct care facilitators to implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or assist with hands-on facilitator care across program locations as needed.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LPN state license.
• Valid driver's license with a safe, acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

• Background in brain injury rehabilitation or caring for chronically/catastrophically ill or injured populations (highly recommended).
