Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN) - Weekend, Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized nursing care in patients' homes following the physician's care plan
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and respond to changes in patient status
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for patients

Qualifications & Skills

• Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
• Previous homecare or private duty nursing experience is preferred but not required
