Healthcare$38–$48/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Careers With Purpose Join our not-for-profit organization..." That's like an intro. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to extract substantive content: The posting includes: - Intro: "Careers With Purpose Join our not-for-profit organization that has provided over 100 years of housing and services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment." - Facility: GSS MN New Hope Ambassador Location: New Hope, MN Address: 8100 Medicine Lake Rd, New Hope, MN 55427, USA Shift: Day Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $38.00 - $48.00 - Department Details: "Seeking a Full-time RN Shift: Days, 6:30am - 3:00pm Schedule: 9 shifts (72 hours) per two-week pay period. Staff are cross-trained to support both long-term care and post-acute/TCU units. Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) required and holiday rotation required. Additional $1.25/hr for all weekend hours and hours after 6pm. Come Join us at the Good Samaritan - Ambassador (New Hope, MN), we are a five star 77 bed facility specializing in Long Term and Post-Acute care. Please take a minute to look at our facility here; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_B1j-U05n6Q" - Job Summary: description of RN responsibilities. - Qualifications: bullet list? Actually paragraph: "Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications." - Benefits: paragraph describing benefits. - Then there is EEO boilerplate etc to remove. - Also "Req Number: R-0274745 Job Function: Nursing Featured: No" - minor metadata, fold into short p or drop. We need to decide sections: Possibly "About the role" (intro + facility details?), "Responsibilities" (Job Summary), "Qualifications" (Qualifications), "Benefits" (Benefits), maybe "Pay" and "Schedule" if present. The posting includes Salary Range: $38.00 - $48.00 and also additional $1.25/hr for weekend hours and after 6pm. Also schedule details: Shift: Day, Weekly Hours: 36.00, Schedule: 9 shifts (72 hours) per two-week pay period, Every other weekend required, holiday rotation. So we have Pay and Schedule specifics. According to instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. They do state salary range and schedule details, so we can include Pay and Schedule sections. However we also have Benefits section already. So we could have sections: About the role (intro + facility), Responsibilities (Job Summary), Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Or we could combine some. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we have enough content for each. We need to use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For responsibilities we have a paragraph; could be

. For qualifications we have a paragraph with multiple sentences; could be

      or

      • if we break into list. The instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list, we should use ul. For qualifications, it's a list of items (graduate from accredited program, bachelor's degree preferred, RN license, maintain competencies). Could be turned into
          • . Similarly benefits: list of benefits (health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), work/life balance benefits, generous time off). Could be ul. Pay: we have salary range and additional differential. Could be

. Schedule: we have shift details, weekly hours, schedule pattern, weekend differential. Could be

or ul. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation request, drug free workplace, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions (the YouTube link maybe considered facility info; we can keep as part of About the role). The YouTube link is not boilerplate; it's facility video. Keep. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is RN (Registered Nurse). Not to use as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold into short p or drop. Probably drop. We need to preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include facility details, address, shift, weekly hours, salary range, additional differential, schedule details, cross-training, weekend/holiday requirement, facility star rating, bed count, YouTube link, job summary responsibilities, qualifications, benefits. Let's craft sections:

            About the role

Careers With Purpose: Join our not-for-profit organization that has provided over 100 years of housing and services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service in a Christian environment. Facility: GSS MN New Hope Ambassador, located at 8100 Medicine Lake Rd, New Hope, MN 55427, USA. This is a five‑star 77‑bed facility specializing in Long Term and Post‑Acute care. Shift: Day, Full‑time (36 hours per week). Salary range: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour, with an additional $1.25/hr for weekend hours and hours after 6 pm. You can view a facility tour here: YouTube video.

That includes facility, address, shift, weekly hours, salary, differential, link. But we also have schedule details: "Schedule: 9 shifts (72 hours) per two-week pay period. Staff are cross-trained to support both long-term care and post-acute/TCU units. Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) required and holiday rotation required." That could go under Schedule section. Responsibilities: Job Summary paragraph. Qualifications: list. Benefits: list. Pay: maybe we already included salary in About the role; but we could still have Pay section with salary range and differential. However we might avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we put salary in About the role, we might not need separate Pay section. But we also have schedule details separate. Could combine schedule into About the role as well. But we have a lot of info; maybe better to have sections: About the role (intro + facility), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However that may be many sections but each substantive. But we need to avoid filler. Each section must have real specific content. All have. Let's decide: - About the role: intro + facility + address + link (maybe also mention Christian environment). Keep short. - Responsibilities: Job Summary paragraph. - Qualifications: list. - Benefits: list. - Pay: salary range + differential. - Schedule: shift details, weekly hours, 9 shifts per two weeks, cross-training, weekend/holiday requirement. We must not repeat info across sections unnecessarily but it's okay if some overlap? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It doesn't forbid repetition but better to avoid duplication. However we can split logically. Let's craft each. About the role:
