RN - Long Term Care - Full Time Days

About the role

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver resident-centered care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Provide care across all phases, including preventative, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate resident assessments, education, and nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensure safe, reliable resident care.
• Adhere to nursing standards, scope of practice, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license with the state; multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications.

Schedule

Full-time role with 12-hour day shifts.
