Role Overview: This position is for a Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and ISCU. The nurse provides safe, compassionate care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while guiding unlicensed assistive personnel. Collaboration with the healthcare team ensures optimal patient outcomes and high-quality experiences. Key Responsibilities Independently deliver effective nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and ISCU patientsCoordinate and communicate effectively with team members for continuity of carePromote safety and enhance patient satisfaction Qualifications & Skills Current IL RN licensure; BSN preferredMinimum two years of recent acute care experience in labor, postpartum, or ISCURequired certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (AHA)Experience in labor, postpartum, and/or ISCU settings Additional Details: The role involves night shifts at multiple hospital locations, with variable hours based on per diem level.
