RN - Labor and Delivery / Postpartum / ICU Resource Team - Night Shift

Role: Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and ISCU care, providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing services. Key Responsibilities Independently deliver patient-centered care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.Guide and oversee unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.Contribute to safety outcomes and enhance patient experience through high-quality care. Qualifications & Skills Current IL Nursing License required; BSN preferred.Minimum two years of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum or ISCU.Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AHA) required.Experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, or ISCU strongly preferred. Additional Information: The role involves travel between Evanston and Highland Hospital. Compensation varies based on expertise and experience.
