RN - Labor and Delivery / Postpartum / ICU Resource Team - Night Shift

Role Overview: A Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and ISCU, providing compassionate and safe patient care during night shifts at multiple hospital locations. Key Responsibilities: Independently deliver effective nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel to ensure high-quality interdisciplinary care.Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.Contribute to safety and enhance patient experience through high standards of care. Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensure; BSN preferred.Minimum two years recent experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or ISCU.Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required (AHA).Experience in labor, postpartum, and/or ISCU settings preferred. Key Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, weekend, and holiday hours, with travel between hospital locations. Strong communication and teamwork skills essential for success.
