About the role
The registered nurse provides safe, compassionate care in labor, delivery, postpartum, and ISCU settings.
Responsibilities
- Independently deliver patient-centered nursing care
- Utilize the nursing process for planning and evaluation
- Supervise unlicensed personnel
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes and safety
Qualifications
- Active Illinois nursing license
- Minimum of two years recent clinical experience in Labor and Delivery or ISCU
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- BSN degree preferred
- Travel between hospitals is necessary
