RN - Labor and Delivery / Postpartum / ICU Resource Team - Night Shift

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and ISCU provides safe, compassionate nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. They guide unlicensed personnel, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and contribute to positive safety and patient experience outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver independent, effective care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and ISCU patientsCoordinate interdisciplinary care through communication and collaborationSupervise and direct assigned support staffPromote safety and high-quality patient outcomes Qualifications & Skills Current IL nursing licenseGraduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferredValid BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (AHA)Minimum two years recent acute care experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or ISCU Additional Details: This per diem role involves night shifts at multiple hospital locations, with specific hours and weekend/holiday requirements.
