RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem

Per diem position with an hourly pay range of $36.00 - $55.80, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Coordinate and implement patient care plans ensuring interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.
• Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.
• Provide individualized education to patients and families based on thorough assessments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing school.
• Current Illinois nursing licensure.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
