RN, per diem - Labor & Delivery

Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required (BSN strongly encouraged)
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred

Pay
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $90.14 per hour. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
