RN - Labor and Delivery - Night Shift

Position: RN - Labor and Delivery Location: Arlington Heights, IL Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80/hour based on experience Responsibilities Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Provide individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's or BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing licensure.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.Minimum of 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery. Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced labor and delivery setting.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.Engage in professional development and uphold standards of practice.
