RN - Labor and Delivery - Night Shift

About the role

Full-time role, 36 hours/week, 7pm - 7:30am, every third weekend. Offers sign-on bonus, shift and holiday pay, incentive pay, and opportunities for growth. Focus on delivering quality, community-connected care with professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team
• Coordinate patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues in person, phone, and written formats
• Provide individualized education to patients and families based on assessments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current nursing knowledge
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, laws, and regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current Illinois nursing license
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery
