RN - Labor and Delivery - Night Shift

Role: RN - Labor and Delivery Responsibilities Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare team members.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure safe, timely, and appropriate interventions.Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience. Skills Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to quality improvement and professional development.
