RN - Labor and Delivery - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery Responsibilities Assess patients and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments to meet learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing licensure in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.Minimum of 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery. Key Duties Provide specialized labor and delivery nursing care during night shifts.Work a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week, including every third weekend and holiday rotation.
