RN - Labor and Delivery - Night Shift

Role: RN - Labor and Delivery Responsibilities Provides comprehensive patient assessment, collects health data, and collaborates with families and healthcare team members.Coordinates patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.Communicates clearly and effectively through in-person, phone, and written interactions.Customizes patient and family education based on individual needs.Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintains current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications And Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license and CPR certification.Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience. Key Duties: Providing direct patient care, care coordination, effective communication, patient education, quality improvement participation, and professional development.
