Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and gather health data
- Coordinate care plans ensuring safety and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Provide individualized education to patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with nursing practices and regulations
Requirements
- Associate's or BSN degree from an accredited school
- Valid Illinois nursing license
- CPR certification
- At least 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
