Duties and Responsibilities

• Assessment Skills: Perform thorough and accurate assessments, delivering patient care from Pediatric to Geriatric stages.
• Clinical Skills: Demonstrate competent clinical skills in direct patient care and emergency procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the nursing process and patient progress.
• Professionalism: Exhibit professional practice responsibility and identify areas for growth.
• Patient Satisfaction: Respond professionally to patients and families, maintaining confidentiality.
• Safety: Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and use safe transfer techniques.
• Unit Specific Functions: Individualize patient care based on conditions and procedures.
• Responsibility and Accountability: Prioritize patient care based on needs and condition changes.
• Patient Education and Chart Completion: Involve patients and families in pre- and postoperative education.
