Responsibilities

• Assess patients across all age groups, perform comprehensive evaluations, and deliver appropriate clinical care supporting team efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing processes, patient progress, and education.
• Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to policies and seeking growth opportunities.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through courteous communication, confidentiality, and team collaboration.
• Follow safety protocols by utilizing patient identifiers, safe transfer techniques, and universal safety goals.
• For surgical patients, customize care based on diagnoses, procedures, and anesthesia, assessing patient reactions and understanding.
• Contribute to perioperative care by prioritizing patient needs, supporting pre- and post-operative education, and ensuring timely completion of tests.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
