RN - L&D - Part-Time - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery, working part-time night shifts. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively, and promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research and evidence-based practice, and serve as a mentor or preceptor to staff and students. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, and proactively plan patient care across the continuum. Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience.Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, and instructor certifications for these as required.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent critical thinking and time management skills.Technologically proficient with basic computer skills.
