RN - L&D - Part-Time - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice.Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and goals.Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams through documentation, communication, and shared decision-making.Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and contribute to creating a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and ensuring workforce readiness.Promote evidence-based practice, participate in protocol development, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards.Proactively plan patient care, optimize resource utilization, and support continuous quality improvement. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.Current nursing license (single-state or multi-state compact).Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.Certifications including BLS, NRP, ACLS, and instructor credentials are required.Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies decisively and respectfully, and utilize technology effectively.
