RN - L&D - Part-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery, working part-time night shifts. Responsibilities Provide individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care through evidence-based nursing processes, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.Coordinate and document safe clinical care, promote teamwork and interdisciplinary communication, and support a respectful, inclusive environment.Engage in performance improvement activities, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.Serve as a preceptor or mentor, support professional development, and uphold organizational policies, standards, and safety goals.Participate in protocol development, data collection, and resource management for optimal care delivery. Qualifications And Skills Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.Active RN license (single or multi-state compact) and required certifications including BLS, NRP, and ACLS.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficient in technology use supporting clinical care.
