Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process, coordinate individualized care, foster relationship-based partnerships with patients and families, and ensure adherence to clinical standards and policies. Promote teamwork through effective communication, participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice, and support professional development as a preceptor or mentor. Contribute to protocols, resource management, and quality outcomes to enhance patient safety and care efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care, associate or bachelor’s nursing degree, valid licensure as a registered nurse, and required certifications (ACLS, BLS). Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills, with proficiency in clinical technology and a commitment to evidence-based practice. All certifications are required upon hire, and the role emphasizes adherence to professional, legal, and organizational standards.
