About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practice and cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Partners with patients and families to coordinate care
• Promotes teamwork, documentation, and performance improvement
• Mentors colleagues and advocates for evidence-based practice and research
• Develops protocols and supports resource efficiency
• Ensures compliance with policies and participates in quality initiatives
• Contributes to a respectful, inclusive environment while delivering exceptional patient care

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience
