About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care is a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process using evidence-based practice, ensuring individualized care and effective partnerships with patients and families.
• Coordinates and documents safe care delivery.
• Promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives.
• Participates in professional development, research, and protocol development.
• Upholds organizational policies, standards, and ethical practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• RN licensure (single state or multi-state).
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
