About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a clinical environment supported by evidence-based practice, professional standards, and shared governance.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based care tailored to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Promote performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices
• Support resource management
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Associates, diploma, or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state)
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Proficiency with healthcare technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
