About the role

Provide safe, competent nursing care in an acute-care hospital setting, adhering to facility policies and standards. Deliver patient-centered care that addresses psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans, treatment strategies, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care for patients.
• Conduct hourly rounds to enhance patient safety and communication.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
