RN III - ICU Per Diem Days

About the Role

Provide safe, competent nursing care in an ICU setting, demonstrating leadership and supporting the healthcare team. Focus on patient-centered care, ensuring safety, comfort, and personalized treatment. Maintain Service Excellence standards and adhere to facility policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, integrating direct and indirect care activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, set goals, and plan discharges.
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to improve communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and current NV nursing license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Preferred: one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care.
• Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
