Responsibilities
- Assessing patients' psychosocial, emotional, and diverse needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Cooking interdisciplinary care
- Conducting hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs
- Ensuring a welcoming and safe environment
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- A current NV nursing license
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- PREFERRED: Experience in acute care settings
