RN III - ICU Per Diem Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
• Incorporate patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs into assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including goals, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care for assigned patients, ensuring holistic and personalized treatment.
• Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs, maintaining a patient-friendly environment.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence and support clinical team leadership.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications.
• Preferred: at least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care.
• Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
