About the role

Provide safe, competent nursing care to patients in a dynamic healthcare setting while adhering to facility policies and standards. Lead and support the healthcare team with a focus on patient-centered care and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment.
• Conduct purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety and patient comfort.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Active Nevada nursing license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Preferred experience in acute care.
