About the role

The RN ICU Days provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting, collaborating with medical teams to deliver individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures, monitor patient status, and document care accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
• Manage evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care promoting recovery and safety.
• Advocate for patients and model organizational values to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• RN license with a diploma or associate degree.
• Certifications including Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Trauma Nursing Core Course (within specified timeframes).
• Strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
