About the role
The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. They practice according to established models, standards, and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity.
Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process

Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited program
- Current RN licensure (multi-state preferred)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 10 years of direct patient care experience
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies
