About the Role
The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, utilize evidence-based practices, and coordinate care with patients and families, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective care through clinical assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Promote teamwork and interdisciplinary communication
- Support performance improvement initiatives
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor
- Advocate for evidence-based practice and research
- Assist in developing protocols
- Optimize resource use
- Uphold organizational policies and standards
Requirements
- BSN from an accredited school
- Valid nursing license (multi-state preferred)
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 10 years of direct patient care experience
