About the role
Registered Nurse providing in-home care for adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develops and updates individualized care plans based on patient needs and physician input.
- Performs therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions aligned with patient diagnosis.
- Responds to changes in patient condition, reports to healthcare providers, and administers prescribed medications and treatments.
- Reviews care protocols to identify opportunities for patient education, care coordination, and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.

Pay
