Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agency's philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Licensure
- Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse (required)
Experience
- Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience (required)
- Home Health experience (preferred)
Other requirements
- Valid driver's license and required auto liability insurance (required)
