About the role
Responsible for delivering skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Manage a caseload of patients with diverse health conditions.
- Provide patient education, treatment, and emotional support for recovery and chronic disease management.
- Demonstrate excellent assessment skills and clinical proficiency.
- Anticipate and respond to changes in patients' clinical status.
- Maintain effective communication and documentation with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, including updates on medications and care plans.
Qualifications
- Preferably one year of related nursing experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current RN license in Missouri and valid driver’s license.
- BLS CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
